On March 22, 2001 Air Warrior lost a family member. On Saturday, April 14 at 10pm ET / 7pm PT, Paul "Rogue" Pina will be memorialized by his squadron, the Dogz of War (DoW). This event is a tribute to a man who touched the lives of his squadmates and many others during his time in Air Warrior. The Memorial Flyby in honor of Rogue will take place in the "Special Events", "Tournaments and Ladders" arena and is open to all Air Warriors who wish to take part in this somber occasion. Those attending are asked to follow the following guidelines:
Please enter the arena prior to 10pm ET / 7pm PT and change country to "Aland". DoW squadron members will be flying from Rogue field.
Non-DoW attendees are asked to go to Memorial Field.
At 10pm ET / 7pm PT, the DoW will launch from Rogue and non-DoW attendees will launch and wait the overfly of the DoW on the tarmac at Memorial Field.
Once the DoW squadron flies over Memorial Field, all pilots at Memorial will launch and follow behind the DoW formation. CO CanDo of the DoW squadron will lead the event.
